How low can I review this? Just had the worst experience. Did the on line check in....showed up when I was told. 2 stylists both at the counter when I walk in, my name is number one on the board. Told one stylist that was me on the board, she says the other stylist will be with me shortly. They both take other customers. 30 minutes later my name is called as another customer walks in. Stylist says "he is just getting the free tight up service, it will only be two minutes" and proceeds to take him before me. I left and will never go to this location again. What is the point of on line check in?

Checked In with the stylist that displayed the least expected wait time (either 16 mins or 29 mins). Fortunately, she finished in 6 mins, however, a gentleman entered shortly after myself and he allegedly didn't know how to enter his phone number on the kiosk. She added him the system and took him immediately. This was not only rude on the gentleman's part, but a dissatisfying experience as we walked out appalled by what had happened.
